What purpose or reason would He have in doing such a despicable thing ?.

We are all appalled by the holocaust(even the fundy) yet we don't bat an eyelid at the thought of the fundamental christian god frying the lost eternally .

Would freezing them eternally be any different or less painful ? .

Because it's what they/we deserve.

Are our minds created by God? Well, the answer is yes and we can only use our minds to the extent that He allows. It is presumptuous to question the Lord and his motives.

We do not establish what is right. Only God can do that and we need to understand that whatever God does is, by definition, right.

No one is innocent. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23. We are under God's curse (Gen 3:17) because of man's rebellion against God's Word. Only through Jesus Christ are we given life.

Apparently God torturing people is Good while anyone else doing it is EVIL! Where is the discernment? What part of the nature of God leads people to believe torturing people for eternity is a "godly" act?

That kind of thinking scares me.... what is next? God tells me to kill people so if God says to then it must be GOOD? Why did God give us, of all animals, the power of reasoning?

God isn't torturing people in hell. Hell is the absence of God. How can HE be torturing them if he's not there?
