Should Chrysler resume K-Car production? (selling, biggest, Dodge, Nissan)

Since they're facing financal woes, would it smart for them to go back and look at some of the higher selling lines of cars of the past? The Dodge Aries K, Plymouth Reliant K and the Chrylser LeBaron did have high sales numbers and kept the company afloat during that time.
I remember when that car came out in the early 80's and thinking it was the biggest piece of garbage. Chrysler does not need to produce a car like that again. I think it burned more oil than gas.
Plymouth Reliant-absolutely the very worst car I've ever owned. That includes my wife's '74 Mustang that wouldn't start below 40 degrees. I don't own this but my son's '01 Nissan Frontier is quickly becoming the second worst I've had in my driveway.
