For those of you who graduated from Woodward High School, you might want to go take a final look before the entire structure is gone. Demolition has started on the north and east sides of the building. You can see clearly into where the library was on the second floor--the built in shelves are visible from Reading Road.

I parked briefly at the old Swifton Shopping Center on Thursday evening (June 16th) to view the destruction of Woodward. Very sad.

Default Yes, Woodward is gone

Yes, I passed by the other day (I live out of town) and it is gone. No sign that it was ever there. Looks like a new football stadium in the rear. I graduated in 70, and I'll miss it.

Yes, but they were using the old building for temporary space for other schools that were being renovated or replaced.

I saw these pictures on the Facebook page Cincy Kids from the '60s. Since I graduated 3 yrs prior I recognized some of the teachers but not the students.
