In two weeks I will be taking a trip to the river cities, and would like to drive by apartments to see what they look like and what neighborhoods are like. I am wanting to get the most out of this tour as I can......Most likely I will have to relocate, then find a job......UGH! so I need to find either a management company or a private landlord that will take monies ahead of time until I find something. Or even the name of a reputable real estate company that rents out housing.

Anyone know of some places I can try while I am there, and be able to see them from the outside and the inside? Just curious also if there are signs in peoples windows and in the yards that have phone numbers on them like they do in the Louisville areas for places to rent.

I can do Dayton, Newport, and Covington and their suburbs!

Thanks!

Yes. Apt's for rent usually have ssigns with phone numbers on them. If you find a place I would drive around several blocks in all directions. Newport and Covington have nice areas adjacent to not so nice areas. So one or two blocks over maybe a problem. Dayton Ky is more homogenous. The Arts district in Covington (centered on Madison Avenue) is intriguing to me. Oh yeah try your commute during your rush hour. If you have to cross the Ohio River you might be surprised how long it takes.
