You are definitely right. The Ubanists just cannot stand the suburbanists. They have some sort of death wish for them. So what do they declare the last Mayoral and Council election? Is this a victory for the Urbanists or the Suburbanists? In my opinion it is a victory for noone, it is a setback to the city. But depending what side of the wall you fall on, you can contend it is a victory either way. That's the major problem, too few can recognize a victory when it is in front of them/

I think this is true of a certain type of person who views the whole world as US versus THEM. If this weren't this issue, it would be something else with them. There are plenty or urban people who have no problem with suburban people and visa-versa.
