All counties have a Probate Court, which records deaths, as well as births and marriages. For burial information you'll have to research newspapers. The only other possibilities which will be hit/miss are genealogy sites.

Thank you mircea for your info i had a friend to pass away and I cannot find out where she is buried its getting very frustrating not being able to find out where she is .Thanks again

Many newspapers are on-line now, you should be able to check the obituaries for the time period in question.

For smaller communities in rural areas not served by a major daily, contact the local newspaper by phone or e-mail and they're typically more than happy to help you out.

You might also try a google search. Use first/last name, then try last/first name and see what happens.

Thank you Mircea;Ive tried google search and they want you to pay for the information .it's been 10 years since her death so I don't know if they go back that far but thanks again
