I recently got a job near the ohio river, looking for a nice house in a good neighborhood. In the range of 100,00 to 120,00. Any suggestions, needs to be in Ohio, maybe near 275?

I have read lots of different advice on these threads and it's been very helpful-thanks to you all.
I'd like to stay fairly close to Mason but not necessarily live there. I have searched Sibcy Cline for homes in many of the recommended areas. We are looking for a home 15-80 yrs. old with at least half acre. Can anyone recommend a great neighborhood with homes like this? Quaint, original looking homes likes tutors or colonials would be my first choice, but I also would be open to an older ranch. Price range around $225K-325K?

Also is anyone familiar with the West Chester area? I have found a few homes in that town I like. There seems to be quite a few for sale on a street called "Wetherfield Dr." I was just wondering if this is a busy street of if there would be some other reason there is so much for sale on that street.
Thanks in advance for your time.
West Chester is served by the Lakota School District - one of the biggest school districts in Ohio. They just had another school levy go down and as a result are making some pretty serious cuts. It isn't going to be pretty if they don't get more money, so many folks are trying to get out now before it gets worse.
