Cincinnati Bell has "FIOS" which has worked well for some (we had issues). I think there's a whole thread on that. Wright-Patt Credit Union might be a good one to look into. They are VERY big in Dayton.
They don't have a ton of Cincinnati locations, but one of the locations they do have is right by NIOSH in Norwood. And the military benefits they offer are hard to beat. Here's a link:
