We are looking to buy a home it is in Franklin Twp outside of Carlisle and about 6 miles from Franklin. Its right on the border of Madison Twp and Franklin Twp.

You can probably tell by the lack of replies that the Cinci folks don't know much about this area..
I live in Warren County (northern Cinci exurbs) and don't know much about Franklin, other than I've driven through it.
I don't know anything about the Twp., or Carlisle.
I would presume rural (franklin is). Nearest populated areas would be Middletown/Springboro/germantown (I know nothing about) and Miamisburg...
Maybe try posting in Dayton? Possible someone there would no more, as Franklin is getting pretty far north for the Cinci folks.
