I need a place to rent! For me and a dog and a half (9 lbs.). Anyone know anything about Xenia? I've driven thru some of the smaller subdivisions and the rent seems reasonable. I'm not into all that "fancy" since it's only me and I can't afford "fancy". I just need a small home and a solid fence. Xenia is only about 13-15 miles from my work. Any other place under a 20 mile radius to Kettering would work too! I'm soon going to be Homeless as well as Sleepless!
