One of my best friends here relocated to Terrace Park from Baltimore, and says she has loved every minute here. About a 20 minute commute to downtown..great schools, community pool and tennis (complete with our own summer swim team), houses truly range from 200 to well over a million, so you get a interesting mix of people. Boy heaven.. I have two boys, and I swear there is something about TP that attracts boy families.. I think part of it is that most of the sports teams practice right here, so no commute to practice and home games, and there is a dedicated building that someone donated just for the boy scouts. Can't beat it.

"so you get a interesting mix of people."

Just make sure you are aware that this "mix" does not imply much, if any, kind of ethnic or racial diversity.

Come on now.... You don't mean to tell me Terrance park would not be open to other people who may not look like them?
