Oak Hills covers all of Delhi, with a middle school in the center of Delhi. OHHS is as close to Dehi as it is to the Meijer Store. So what is with the Meijer store. Do they work there?

That said, if the OP is even still reading and is at all interested in our suggestions, I think they might want to just take a look at the boundaries of the Oak Hills School District and consider looking at homes in the district. The boundaries of the district may not be the same as some of the township boundaries. Anything in that SD is going to be a reasonable drive to a job in Delhi.

My apologies for not making it clear. I was referring to the Meijer store on Harrison Avenue because that's roughly where your freeway access would be if you live in Green Township. I guess you could also go down Queen City or Harrison to get to I-75, or Northbend or Montana to get to I-74, but that Harrison Avenue / I-74 interchange seems more naturally the way to go if you live around there and need to get to Dayton, Columbus or Lima.

I don't think there is any closer freeway access to Delhi, but I could be wrong. I think you have to go all the way out to Lawrenceburg before you can pick up the freeway.

Another community you may want to look into is Hidden Valley Lake, Indiana. It is just over the Ohio/ Indiana border. It is about a 20 minute commute to Delhi using 50. It has very easy access to highways for travel. Indiana has open enrollment and there are two school districts to look at. I was born and raised in Delhi, lived on the west side and moved to Hidden Valley to raise my children. We have two kids ( 10 and 7 ) and really enjoy living here. Another school district to look at is Three Rivers Schools. It's in Ohio along 50. They built a brand new K-12 campus a few years ago. I work with several people that have sent their kids there and they all have good things to say about the school.

I agree with Hidden Valley being a viable option. Just know on the front end that Indiana has year-round school years now. Some people like that, some don't.
