Relax. You post has been up for 5 hours.

Your post is confusing. Are you looking for apartment complexes in Sharonville or recommendations about insurance companies and car service?

First, the insurance question is silly. Insurance is regulated in Ohio. All of the companies are the same. Its all about rates. Call State Farm, call All Snake, call AAA.

Car repair in Sharonville is Ecua Motors. 533-1626

Find your apartment on CL.

OK. Thank you. Sorry if it came across as pushy.

I was primarily looking for apts. I will check on CL. I am looking around Sharonville or Blue ash areas...

I think Blue Ash is nicer than Sharonville.

With Sharonville, your mileage may vary. You're better off finding a place in Blue Ash. Not sure if there's a rental to be had for the price you listed, since Blue Ash is a nice area, but it's worth a try. Good luck.

Welcome back!

Given your criteria of wanting something that is very suburban, I'd go for Landen.
Maybe give Milford a look too (downtown Milford has great apts right on the Little Miami trail) or other places in Mason, but if you want an apartment in a suburban area with decent walking/biking trails and a short, straightforward commute to Blue Ash, Landen makes the most sense IMO.
But if you do want to be really close to work and are willing to go with a 1br, Hills Properties is building a nice new apt complex in downtown Blue Ash that might be worth looking into.

If you are wanting to save some money and are willing to add about 5 extra minutes to your commute, Greenhills is really cool, surrounded by Winton Woods, and would be a good pick too. You can't beat the trails there.

Good luck!

Mason/Deerfield Twp/Montgomery/Blue Ash. These are all great areas near your work local. I consider Sharonville a little more "Blue Collar" than these other communities, but its not a terrible place to live.

Thanks all for the responses.

Yes, I am hunting for 2 BR 2 BA townhomes or apt rental units. One thing I noticed is that not many apts have W/D included within the unit. They certainly have the hookups but requires renting. I haven't heard of this before. Also, the credit checks are a hardpull in most properties. I thought it is going to be a soft pull though...

I am also observing that older apts are reasonable (~$1100) while the newer ones are on high end. I primarily would like to check out apts close to Blue ash. So far, I looked at
- Altitude blue ash (looks good, but pricey and bad reviews).
- Mccauly crossway (looks good)
- Few apts in Montgomery, Mason and Loveland.

I will keep looking. If there's anything that comes to mind, please let me know.

Thank you.
