Hello.
Just looking for an advice.

I don't live in Cincinnati, so I have no experience.

Is it safe to live at 4411 Colerain Ave Northside?
I read here that it is dangerous to stop at stop sign/ red light on Colerain.

Could someone please give me an opinion on this?

Thank you

Colerain (a busy street btw) isn't in the "best" part of Northside, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it a dangerous area.

There is an empty lot at 4411 Colerain Avenue. 4409 and 4415 flank the space. That may have changed but as of April 2019, it is empty.

Also, being a very busy street with the interstate right there, I would not recommend it just for that reason. Mt. Airy and its problem subsidized apartment complexes off Hawaiian Terrace and Bahama Terrace are just up the hill. The more visited and commercialized part of Northside is over on the Hamilton Avenue corridor too. That is quite a walk across a number of blocks and busy Colerain Avenue.
