Ok, we all know Cincinnati is seeing a lot of development lately. So what do you think about a "sticky" as far as development goes? Just to keep people updated on projects such as the Banks and Cincinnati's new tallest, as well as the many other projects going on across the city such as in areas like University of Cincinnati, OTR, Mount Adams, etc.

Depends. Will it include discussions about what's going on across the whole metro region, such as in the Columbus sticky? Or is it simply for Cincinnati itself?
My concern is that doing these "development" stickies makes the major cities look more important than the smaller ones. And such being the case, what if someone wanted to do a sticky for Hamilton? Or Mason? Or West Chester (even though it's not technically a city)?

Well it can include the entire Cincinnati area. I am sorry, I really wasn't too specific on Cincinnati's. We are doing the same thing in Columbus and Cleveland. We can talk about developments everywhere from Cincinnati to Dayton, even the suburbs in between. BTW, what would you guys think about a Cincinnati Sports Thread? I know Cincy has a long sports past. I did the same thing in Cleveland. I don't think I will start one in Columbus, its not the largest sports city. So sport thread.... what do you think?

Sure, I'd say if people are generally interested in learning about the new developments and progress taking place in the region, then having a "stuck" thread (
) would indeed be a good thing for people who maybe aren't familiar with all the changes taking place in the area. No doubt it would make it easier for newcomers to learn a bit more about the region as well.

I'll say that I think The Greene is doing well; I have several friends who live near there, and my family is from a small town near Dayton...I know my mom and her friends enjoy shopping and spending time there.
