Hi, I was wondering if anyone could point me towards a resource for locating a place to rent downtown in Cincinnati or possibly the Mt Adams area.

I currently live in Blue Ash and want to move further into a more urban environment but so far searching around on Craigs List, Rent.com, and apartments.com hasn't been giving me much luck.

I'm really interested in a Loft, but I'm flexible on that.

Also does anyone know of any fitness resources downtown or close to down town? Like health clubs and fitness centers etc?

I really liked the layout of the Hale Justice Lofts but I've had almost no luck on getting them to return inquiries from phone or email which seems like a bad sign to me.

I'm a young computer profesional with a lot of artistic hobbies.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good property management group/website?

Thanks I appreciate the help! I'm pretty flexible on price.

I am acquainted with the owners at Hale Justice and will pass your inquiry along to them. If you want to send me your phone number by Direct Message, I'll be sure someone calls you.

No problem!

This is what we used to find our downtown loft (Shillito... great place). Recommendation: Anything Towne Properties owns. Nothing like a company that bends over backwards for you and at the same time, their DT properties are about 95% occupied.

I was actually looking at Shillito they have a very interesting layout that's got two bedroom platforms and 2 bathrooms, I'd like to find out more about what exactly they mean by platforms (like how high are they etc).

It seems like a pretty amazing setup.

Towne Prop has THE MOST overpriced apartments in downtown...and its like dealing with used car salesmen.

I would check into the Q and 107 Shillito Pl....not to be confused with the shillito apts towne has. also cool are jackson lofts, emery apartments, and hale justus

Which explains their unheard-of occupancy rate, right?
