All I can say is that I went into this purchase with the best intent. The buying process was relatively smooth. However, one must fight for everything you want, even standard building practices. We have a driveway that is cracking in MULTIPLE places after only a few days from being poured. I have been told that the "boss" came and said the driveway looks "excellent". What a joke! Our front step off of our house "sank" about 2 feet. It took over 3 months to get a repair, all the while guests, family etc. had to literally jump off of our front porch. Now they have replaced our front step. The right side looks great. The left side...well it has sloped down over 2 inches. Called the repair office, they said they would look at it the very next day....nothing. No response, no communication. OUr backyard is a huge slope. We knew that going in. However the manager said "much more dirt will be added". Well, not one scoop of dirt was added. They apparently prepped for seed, huge rocks were just run over and smashed into the ground, not removed?? Huge roots sticking out, drainpipe sticking out of the ground, never removed. Ur front door is peeling away in front of our eyes, white caulk used against tan trim, looks as if a kindergartner did the finishing work.
Just beware, youmust fight for anything to be done according to building standard.

Good news: after four attempts at a driveway repair, they finally agreed that the driveway needs replacement! They did pull through after several tries which is what truly matters......now we wait and see how the backyard will be handled....................

We are planning to purchase a home in this area (Blue Meadows, Phase 2), were all of your concerns fixed? Did they fix the slope on your backyard or you fixed that yourself? The project manager told us that only the part that they disturbed will be fixed and the trees will not be removed.
