I haven't spent summer in Atlanta before, so I can't say.

But I have spent an entire summer of 3 months in Tucson actually and frequent San Antonio a lot.

San Antonio feels a lot hotter than Tucson, but Tucson is a lot more sun. But overall between the two: San Antonio.

Yeah but walking around in Tucson, you won't feel out of breath constantly because of the thick air due to humidity just annoyed with the sunlight being in your eyes and a bit warm.

In San Antonio, you will sweat, you will feel sticky, and you will have sunlight in your eyes.

I'm not knocking San Antonio, but it's temperatures are typical for all the big Texas cities... it's not a summer parade. I'm used to Texas climate, but I can give Tucson the edge of having it better off.

I'd assume San Antonio. Atlanta is far enough up that it's stays cooler than a lot of the south.

Yes, Atlanta is the least of these, no doubt. Recently, however, we have had exceptionally hot weather.

One thing more...Atlanta offers a lot shade...it is the city in a forest...a lot (if not most) of the time you'll be under a canopy of trees while strolling in Atlanta...
