This is a poll to see which of the following US cities, each having never hosted the Olympics before, would be the best host for the summer Olympics.

The cities are:

New York City
Chicago
Seattle
San Francisco
Houston
Dallas
Miami
Boston
Minneapolis

Or if you have a different US city that hasn't hosted one before, vote "Other" and post it below.

If you had to chose one, which one would it be?

Think about the following things, a good host should have most of these:

-Suitable climate
-Interesting natural environment
-Interesting city environment
-The space and infrastructure to support the games
-Good transportation to and around the city

All things considered, which would you choose, and why? Feel free to debate intelligently. Get to it!

I want to give Boston, Chicago, & Philadelphia a chance on this one.

They seem like perfect cities to host the Olympics, especially Boston & Chicago.

It already is on the map silly. It is just north of us. A little east of the great Fort Worth.

Anyway, I say Houston.

I am talking about the world map. Most people around the world never heard of Dallas.

I decided to get mine in.

I think Seattle is an often overlooked well of culture. It's got a very unique ocean meets mountain kind of thing going. We saw that in Vancouver but I actually think Seattle is a better example of Northwest culture.

The only problem I can think of is that we don't exactly have room right now for a stadium.

I'd like to see Chicago host it. Or maybe an East Coast city, since no city on the East Coast has ever hosted it.

Los Angeles hosted the Olympics two times in 1932 and 1984.

All would be fabulous, first off.

But if I were in charge of everything:

1. San Francisco
2. Chicago
3. Seattle

would be my olympic host cities of choice, in order.
