Exactly, which is why these numbers don't matter all that much. Philly is still Philly and Houston is still Houston. The key is that there is no population decline or stagnant growth.

Not at all. They will stay at the rate they are via projections. But honestly no one knows whats going to happen tomorrow. So I am not ruling anything out, even the possibility of Philadelphia passing them both up if the counties are counted back into MSA.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves here ladarron. It's only the beginning of the decade.

houston may be larger than phila now, but it will continue to suck long into the future. it's one of the most awful places i've ever visited.

No, many projects are under construction or planned in Houston, as EarthQuest Adventures, hotels, commercial areas, and they're beautiful and modern
And who cares ? Houston created more jobs than all other cities during the last decade
