How on earth do you go out running through the sprinklers naked in that neighborhood?

Very quickly - then straight to the steps of the art museum

Well my roof deck does not have anything similar but think next fall I am putting up Trellis of some sort

I would post my view if my camera was working.
The back of my place buts up to a linear park, a bike path and the bayou runs through it. There are nice views of the medical center and downtown. Lot sizes in the area usually start at 6K.

I just can't imagine sharing that space with 50 other people

6K man I do need to move to Houston, btw there is bike path righ in front of my house too, they made a car lane into a bike lane, interesting concept, though taxis seem to think they have the right of way. I am also two blocks from one of the best urban parks in the country

oh and the view - Just 5 blocks to the center city Skyline, and 360 degree roofdeck views, actually pretty sweet (Center city, South Philly, Stadiums, Bridges, U City etc.)

The bike paths in my neighbourhood are private paths (concreted and surrounded by trees. It goes clear across town. It is no where near a road (although I saw a truck on it one day). There are even stop signs where two paths intersect.

The houses pretty much look like this in the neighborhood:

But don't let lot size fool you, it is across the highway from some fairly dense areas
Here is a picture of the bike Trail:

looks like Buckhead - then the question is, how does anything that looks like that have anything at all to do with a city?

It looks so suburban - nice digs HTown , no way 6K for those lots though

the property alone has to be 7 figures

Just glad I dont have to pay the AC bill though

And isn't every in Houston accross the Highway?

The neighborhood is 5 minutes from downtown.
It is in the center of the city.

LOL I must have left out the sq ft at the end. I meant the lots start at 6k sq ft.

average price is 250K. There are a few 7 figure homes, but those are usually on double lots 10K sq ft and have summer houses in the back that are about 800sq ft.

The AC bills are something though. Some people pay 200-300 a month on electricity. during the summer

We are not as rural as you think ya know

This is our underground tunnels. They are the same streets above ground, but they are underground and air conditioned so that people from the NE won't complain about the humidity :

This is above ground:

The train is sposed to drive through the water feature:

We do need more trains:

You are looking at the difference of CSA & MSA. Two different listings entirely.
