Never heard of El Centro so I have no comment. I prolly would never move to Detroit, OK City, Newark, Memphis, Miami, and Cleveland willingly. I could think of worst places to live than Phoenix (eh), Vegas (eh), and LA though.

By the way, no way Newark is anywhere near one of the worst places to live in America. NO WAY!!!
