i would argue that lexington, louisville, mobile, jackson, and new orleans have the most elegant women.

I think all cities have elegant women. There is just more of them in certain cities because of city size. The proportion might also be greater in NYC, LA, Chicago, Boston.

But elegance differs city by city. What NYC considers elegant, Savannah, GA might not.

I wouldn't neccessarily put Chicago on the list with those other cities.
