For instance, on a typical Saturday night you may have a 30 minute wait to get a table at Chili's.
That's pretty irrelevant. On a typical Saturday night you'd have a 30-minute wait at just about any restaurant in this country; maybe not the local 24-hour diner (of which there are plenty in the South).

I can't speak for Charlotte as I don't know enough about it, but in Texas this isn't true at all, especially for the ethnic places. Why generalize something about one person in Charlotte, to the entire South? You're just setting it up for all of the bashers to swoop in, as they so often do.
There's a reason why New Orleans and Houston often make the top restaurant cities lists, and it's not because of chains or only expensive places.

Hahaha you should see the one in Rome, Italy. I think that one can compete, made entirely out of marble. It's baller for a McDonalds, and theres one somewhere in North Carolina that is based off a Mansion design and atmosphere and all that good stuff.
