Minneapolis has probably the most underrated hip hop scene in the country.

Dallas has a Hip Hop scene, since when?

They just ride Houston, New Orleans, & Atlanta's nuts.

Detroit hands down

Hockey and the sunbelt don't mix and the NHL should've never expanded into the sunbelt at the expense of leaving many Great Lakes cities in the hockey belt without NHL teams.

Atlanta & Dallas, are they good hockey cities? Because I've never heard that before.
Dallas? Your thinking of Football and electronica. I can see the argument for hockey because of the Stars but their hip-hop scene is garbage.

One doesn't think of any city in California when it comes to hockey and hip hop. Just because a city has an NHL team, doesn't mean it's a "hockey" city. Hockey cities are in the north.

If we're talking about hockey and hiphop, I'd go with Tampa!
