Like many if you, I am following the Jeremy Lin phenomenon. Many statements have been made that the publicity hes receiving is largely because of his race and not just because he's playing well in the NY market. I was also reading a west coast thread that was asking was it safe to move to Seattle as a African American due to the cities low percentage of blacks.
Which led me to pose the question, if we were honest with ourselves, what would we say the most inviting metro is regardless of race or ethnic origin in this country?
There have been countless versions of topics here about "which cities are most diverse, least diverse, most accepting, least accepting, etc etc.. and every side angle in-between. Please do a forum search and post in any one of these similar themes rather than create one that is basically covering what has been discussed to death in here before.
Thanks.
