I wanted your opinion of the population of cities, metros, states, counties, and the nation. There is the reason I asked you. Which region will see a deline or growth? What is the number of electrical votes and change???

Your back and closer on Philly for city

The real wild card will be what counties get added to the Philly MSA, it could add any between 0 and 4 (all 4 were very close last census and one was placed in the NYC CSA and MSA qualification would trump CSA)- high end would put it back ahead of DFW
