My vote would be for Charlotte, North Carolina, especially in March, April and May. I challenge anyone to find a more lovely city with all the flowers and trees in bloom.

And yes, Denver and Orlando are pretty and clean too. I was not impressed with your poll list.

I'm not sure what the definition of "fun" is here, where everyone will agree, but I hope it doesn't include sleaze and filth and crime.
