Green Bay, WI
Lakewood/Euclid, OH
Indianapolis, IN
Fort Wayne, IN

I'd like to know about:
Affordability
Lifestyle
Atmosphere
Public trans, if any
Music scene
Sports scene
Climate

I'm a fan of the cold and snow, by the way. Please don't recommend me cookie-cutter southern cities instead.

Skip them all and go to Chicago. Chicago is one of the few places in the country that doesn't have a last call I don't think, so that means the bars can stay open 24 hours.

Well I'm less concerned with drinking past 2 AM and more concerned with relocating to one of the places I have opportunities to go to. Those are the ones on the top list.

I will add however, that Chicago would be my destination if I had to pick one city and stay forever, regardless of financials.

Indianapolis then. I've heard it offers a lot for its size and has a decent economy.
