I like the ones from NO, Savannah, Charleston, and the Tidewater accents. I know this sounds funny but there's some elegance from the their speech.

StuddedLeather, you need some audio samples of the 4 accents I listed? You'll hear a difference for sure.

they all sound the same to me except for ppl from new orleans or the surrounding areas of n.o. and ppl from charleston, sc.

so one of those two, i guess since they stand out more.

New Orleans may have the most unique accent out of this entire country on par with NYC. I mean just hear how blacks from NO talk, you'll hear nothing like it anywhere.

Maybe you should actually travel there and find out. That's like saying everyone in NYC in every borough sounds the same (which is far from true). Variations in dialect and accents vary everywhere, with only a minimal bond per region. The media has lied to you.
