I'm of the belief that quality Chinese food only exists in 2 cities: NYC and SF.
Then you're delusional. It's not like the fresh ingredients grown in and around NYC or SF contribute to the amazing Chinese food found there. You simply need to expand your horizons for quality Chinese food in Chicago.
