Considering Move to Arizona, Colorado, or Washington (state) - Which one is the best place to live? (living, better)

I have been to areas within all the states I have listed. In Arizona, I've been to Sedona and the surrounding areas (Verde Valley) as well as Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon (of course!) I've only been to the airport in Pheonix, I drove out of the city on my way to the other places so I don't really know it that well. In Colorado, I've been to Estes Park (went inside Rocky Mountain National Park) and Vail. My mom has told me nice things about her trip to Mesa Verde, I've never been there. I have only driven through Denver and never stopped anywhere in the city except one restaurant, so I don't really know it that well. In Washington, I visited Seattle, Mount Rainier National Park, as well as went around the Olympic Peninsula and the many islands... San Juan, Orca, Whidbey to name a few. Now, I've only visited the states, but they left an impact on me from their natural beauty and stunning landscapes..... there's no real words to describe the mountain tundra in Colorado and Washington and the red rocks in Arizona. I'm at a part of my life where I would like to start new in one of these states, and I would like it if anyone who had experience living in these states, preferably all of them, to tell me which I should choose. I'm not really a city person, I'm more of a metropolitan area and county person, so I don't need to know about things such as the crimes rates in the major cities. I also already know the geography of the states even if I haven't been to all the regions yet. I want to know which is a better place to live based on the year-round weather in the areas I listed, the friendliness and kindness of the people, and which state you simply had the best time living in.

All 3 areas are really nice but my first pick would be Arizona, particularly the Sedona region for sheer beauty and a very comfortable climate.
