Coming from someone who follows baseball, Busch Stadium in St. Louis easily wins in this regard.

if dodgers stadium was facing to downtown LA it will have a great view

That's what I've always thought. If the Dodgers could rotate their ballpark 180 degrees, and if the White Sox could rotate their ballpark 90 degrees to the left...
