This is not hard for me.

1) Atlanta. I am a Georgia native whose family lived in the "Atlanta" area while it was still called Marthasville. I moved away from Atlanta as soon as I had the chance. I left due to crime, traffic, overpopulation, and many other reasons. I prefer the life in a small city. That is the reason why I will not qualify the rest of my choices, as some would be worse than Atlanta in those respects.

2) N.Y.C.

3) L.A.

4) Chicago

5) Philly, D.C., ect..

I really don't care for major cities. That being said, I could almost envision myself in Boston, as I have a special love for the place. Not sure about the cold weather, but I have never had a bad visit there. It could be the one exception to my personal rule: No cities over 50k ever again.

What is up with New Orleans and their obsession over the Cowboys. It's like you people think we are rivals or something. Never understood the hatred of a town because of sports team anyway. I hate the skins, eagles, and giants. But would live in philly,dc, and ny anyday.

In my experience, people who hate an entire region because of a sports team tend to be rather stupid. I actually mean that in it's most literal sense, I'm not trying to get a reaction. I've met many in life and not one seemed to have any brains and not one had more than a HS degree.

Actually, they often try to downplay being in Texas, which is a little silly being that it's the state capital.
Anyway, any "attitude" you've seen is more likely Austitude, I'd guess.

Buffalo - The lake effect snow thing would just get to me
Detroit - Could not live somewhere with that many dilapidated buildings, where the city for all essential purposes dead
Dallas - Too many gun owner/bible followers
Houston - Same as Dallas plus worse humidity
Salt Lake City - Same as Dallas, only more cult-like
