I think Alabama would win over South Carolina probably.. The upscale stores in Charleston are on King Street...

Well it might, but I think Haywood is better than any of theirs (except The Summit).

Way in the hell, is Riverchase Galleria #41? It's much better than CoolSprings. Do you have something against Alabama, too? Also, Haywood isn't better than the Galleria. ct36, I wonder about you......

And another thing, Houston Galleria is much more upscale than Lenox Square. It should be #3 because it's Phipps and Lenox Square combined. You also have something against Houston.

I don't have anything against Alabama. But I think that Riverchase Galleria isn't as nice because of the proximity to The Summit. If the Summit didn't exist then Riverchase would have nicer stores like Apple, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, etc. I feel that Cool Springs sort of "coexists" better with Green Hills than Riverchase does. Also, I also rank them to atmosphere, and I think that Haywood looks nicer, too. They have many of the same stores, too.

Lenox is getting a Prada, which is the one of the most upscale stores in the world (that has multiple locations in different cities), and it's more upscale than anything the Galleria has. As far as I know, Houston is hardly getting any new boutiques at this time and Atlanta is gaining many.

NorthPark Center in Dallas, TX was built in 1965 as the largest climate-controlled retail establishment in the world. NorthPark Center is the most popular shopping center in North Texas with over 27 million visitors a year; it’s one of the top five shopping destinations in the USA. Northpark has annual sales of more than $1 billion dollars. H&M will open a store at NorthPark in 2011.

NorthPark Center had its first expansion in 2005. It increased the size of the mall to 2 million sq ft. I don't think the mall can be expanded anymore. NorthPark's interior hasn't changed since it was built in 1965. The expansion matched the original design.

Department Stores

Dillard's (299,500 sq ft) The #1 Dillard's store.
Macy's (250,000 sq ft)
Barneys New York (84,400 sq ft)
Nordstrom (200,000 sq ft)
Neiman-Marcus (214,000 sq ft) This store competes with the Beverly Hills store for the #1 rankings.

Theater

AMC Theaters 15 (80,000 sq ft)

Here's some pics (The two story part of the mall is the expansion.)
