To keep from trolling I'm not going to make this a poll, there are two questions:

1. Which do you know more about Minneapolis or Orlando?
2. Which do you think more people worldwide know about Minneapolis or Orlando?

I have never been to Orlando or Minneapolis. I would rather live in Orlando because of the warm climate.

I would much rather live in Minneapolis, but only because of Disney World, Orlando is more well-known.

I know more about Minneapolis, because I was born in Minnesota. Worldwide, I'd definitely go with Orlando. I've been there a couple of times, and there were tourists from all over the world. It was their destination, because of Disneyworld. I'm not saying it's better, but definitely Orlando is more well-known worldwide.

Interesting question.

I don't know if I'm qualified to answer this question since my sister recently relocated to Minneapolis, but based on what I knew prior to the move, I would argue that Orlando probably has the bigger brand in 2011 thanks to Disney.

In the 80's, I very likely would've said Minneapolis (because of Prince's heyday ), but the twins manage to fly below most people's radar these days. Outside of Mall of America, I really don't think most people know that much about the twin cities honestly.

Minneapolis is a much more of a World-Class city, if at all.

Orlando is generic and fake. Other than Disney, I have no clue what Orlando would be.

Target, Best Buy, General Mills and 3M are all close to MPLS and all are pretty international companies.

Just like when I think of Coca-Cola I think of ATL, Wal Mart and ARK, and all that.

Before 1973,the question would have been,"Where is Orlando",today it is known on an international scale.

Very interesting comparison, indeed.

I live in Minneapolis and have very close friends who attend college in Orlando. In the U.S., I would guess Disney and M.O.A. are pretty evenly matched in terms of recognition. Worldwide, I think Disney is more widely known. Therefore, I lean towards Orlando.
