Alright, I found an interesting article that America will be hosting the World Cup in 2022. Which city do you think should host it.

Side note: Philadelphia is in the lead for being the host according to Fifa.
However what city do you think could host the World Cup in the future?

Quatar are hosts.

Do you mean who should get the Final? Because more than one city will host matches should the US win the bid. In 1994 they were:

Boston
NYC
DC
Miami
Detroit
Dallas
Chicago
San Francisco
Los Angeles (Final)

I wouldn't change much. I'd add Philly as a 10th city (there's 32 teams now; 24 in 1994). I'd replace Orlando with Miami, Detroit with Seattle or Atlanta, and Dallas with Houston.

If USA would of won the 2022 bid, i would hope they would pick Minneapolis. they will have the New Vikings stadium and they have the Tcf Bank stadium. Seattle and Portland are big soccer cities. Than you have Dallas with a monster stadium.

Games are played in a dozen or so cities. In 1994, LA was where the opening ceremonies, final and closing ceremonies were held.

I was in Brazil at that time and I recall all the US cities that were featured received a lot of media attention from Brazilian media. There were pics and info of cities on all sorts of things like food packages and teams of reporters were sent to every city.

How were the celebrations when Brazil won it? They probably made Carnaval look tame.

Miami matches are likely to be among the best attended with the huge soccer interest in the metro among immigrant and naturalized Brasilians, Argentines, Colombians, Venezuelans, Europeans, etc. When the French and Italians made the finals several years ago, I was shocked at the size of local events in support of the two teams despite neither coming from Latin America. Conversely, I had many people ask me a few weeks ago what BCS meant when the NCAA national championship was hosted in Miami.
