The difference between CA and other places is that you make more $ doing the same jobs as other places (the minimum wage is higher) so housing isn't that ridiculously priced. Your best bet in CA for finding what you're looking for would probably be Northern CA... Sacramento is a good choice along with Oakland; both are the most diverse cities in California, Oakland being the second most diverse city in the country and Alameda County being the 2nd most diverse county in the country only behind Queens County. idk if you care about there being other Indians but there's a large Indian population in the south bay (Silicon Valley) and in some parts of the east bay, namely Fremont. Interracial marriages are very common here in the bay area but I don't know too many Indians so I wouldn't know for them.

I saw your other thread talking about Latin Women and Indian Men. I hope you find what you are looking for. Good luck!

Can I ask what your seemingly obsessive feelings towards Latinas is all about? I mean there are pretty girls from all races, there are friendly girls of all races, there are strong women or shy women or any other type of women in every culture.

Why are you so set on a latina?

Texas.

Texas, obviously. Don't know much about Florida, but it's probably just as good a choice.

That's not always true. It depends on the job and demand. I have an older friend who's a PA, and he was looking to move to California (Sacramento area, as a matter of fact) but decided against it once he found out that he'd only be making a few extra thousand a year than he does in Houston.
