How do Jersey Shore beaches compare to the OC? Which beaches in Jersey Shore are like Corona del Mar or Luguna Beach? What is the nightlife like in the beach towns in Jersey Shores?

Is this some sort of joke, or have you just lost your mind?

Orange County, all day. There's really no comparison.

You are rude!

I will have you know that my friend told me he can take selfies from the top of a Ferris wheel with the NYC and Philly skyline backdrop. He told me the sunrise over the Cape May lighthouse is the most breathtaking scene he's seen. Jersey shore invented the Monopoly board game! That's why the slots on the game board say boardwalk. They invented the boardwalk! Get it? And he told me the Atlantic city casinos are as good as Vegas casinos poker. He says the Atlantic cities skyline is the brightest in the northeast with colors. I wanna see Jersey shore so bad!

They are very different but dismising the Jersey Shore is also short sighted and has great beaches actually.

I love places like Laguna and Newport and also places like Cape May, Ocean City, and Stone Harbor etc.

I will say there is probably nothing like Cape May in OC - I believe its the oldest Beach Resort in the country. It is also a whole town on the Nationl Historic Register and has I believe the second larget collection of Vistorian architecture in the country

One nightlife, in the summer (The Jersey Shore) it is very vibrant - the Jersey shore is more crowded (not sure that is good always) than their OC counterparts in the summer. The Jersey Shore is definately a summer thing though

Casino comparisons, well the Borgata would be one of the better casinos in Vegas after that there is a drop off but the gambling is just as good, in some way better. Entertainment not so much.

Here are some images that are the Jersey Shore to me - I actually vote the Jersey Shore to just OC Beaches on the whole - Include LA or SD and no

First, never, ever call it "the" OC.

As far as beaches are concerned I've always thought that East Coast beaches are better.

SoCal has better waves, and more scenic communities.

Except for party towns like Huntington Beach, and parts of the Neort Peninsula, Jersey Shore Communites are more "active"
