What are you favorite Spanish and Portuguese names of these international cities?

Personally, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janiero, they just sound so beautiful and are beautiful cities.

Santiago de Compostela -- its long and sing songy. San Salvador b/c it has a nice poetic ring and is inspirational.

I voted Los Angeles but I like Buenos Aires equally as much. Both roll off the tongue.

I like a lot of the names of cities and regions in Spain...Valencia, Andalusía, Barcelona (though that's Catalan I guess), Sevilla, Segovia, San Sebastian..they all roll off the tongue. As for the ones you listed, I voted Buenos Aires.
