I guess i always thought it was Houston because Houston is the global capital of the oil industry.

Tulsa if we're talking about singular defining of Oil/Gas.

Houston's just too big now and even though Oil/Gas is the #1 sector in the Houston metro, it's got more going for it that it's not always defined by it like Tulsa would be.
