No need for all that. We already know where we stand (in real life) when it comes to education and success, so we dont need any validation on CD for that. DC overall as a City is what's hot right now weather we sit here and debate who has the better DT's on CD or not. Philly can't touch us, so our status will never feel threatened by Philly or anybody who lives there in any way. You guys can have this DT BS while DC continues to dominate and overshadow anything in Philly, so as far as we're concerned, Philly has nothing that we want, need, or cant get in The DC area and that's the truth. Now Take that with a grain of salt my friend
haha fine. if that's way you feel then fine. personally i like dc and like to head down to the bar scene there and visit friends from time to time. plus who doesn't like speading a nice day down there enjoying the weather and checking out some of your great free museums. if dc didn't exist i would not be happy.
but of course i would keep on getting on as there's absolutely nothing in dc that we couldn't get in philly either.
by the way thanks for the concession that our downtown is better

DC is cool for what it's worth. It's a newly developed and gentrified urban playground for young adults. And that does make it fun. But Philly has some of that too in Center City, and the city overall has more of a cohesive identity. If you asked someone from Mount Airy about Cottman Avenue, they'd say "Yeah, yeah, sure, I know that area." But if I asked anybody at work about Bowen Road in Southeast DC, they'd have no idea what I was talking about, even though DC is much much smaller than Philly. It's like you have an elite class in DC that doesn't even realize that there are people living east of North Capitol Street. That's probably the biggest difference I see between home and here.

haha nice try, but I never said that Philly DT was better. I only admitted they you guy's do in fact have a better Public School system, which pains me to say really isn't that hard to beat because most schools in DC (City Proper) generally suck.
As far as DT's go especially according to the criteria listed in this thread I still like ours better.

KP.. Your tastes in females leaves a lot to be desired..
Is that girl (next door) over 14? If she's over 21 someone needs to tell her body to catch up..cause she's built like a 14 year old..from the late 70's at that. lol
