Burlington, Vermont has been my utopia so far, and I have not been to or visited Boulder, Colorado, but I have heard it is very similar...

Here's my question... what are the cultures like in the two places? I have heard a lot about the cities themselves and what they have to offer, but little about the people. What are the similarities and differences?

Also, if you have some psychic ability in you, maybe you can tell me how the "energy" of both the place and the people/culture compare?

I guess the question is, how are the people different in Boulder from the people in Burlington?
