The Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga is designed for the guest, given its layout and themed areas.
The Georgia Aquarium has a fantastic ocean voyage containing whale sharks and various forms of marine life. Great place. They also have a tropical waters exhibit, a freshwater streams exhibit, and cold waters exhibit, and a Georgia waters exhibit, not to mention an I-Max show and now dolphin shows, if I'm not mistaken.
Newport, KY's aquarium is the best I've been to. I didn't like the Shedd as much. I'm from Chicago and love my hometown. This is one of the few areas where it falters.
