I live fairly close to a large herd of bison. Mountain lions aren't exactly novel where I live, either. I'm afraid to take my dogs out at night for fear of running into one.
Yeah, that made me laugh also.
Where do you live that you're near a large herd of Bison & have Mountain Lions running around??????
I'm going to have to guess, just west of Denver or in Wyoming
Can't remember but I think there is an anaconda at the San Antonio zoo (there is a pretty large snake at the Houston Aquarium but don't think it is an Anaconda)
Anyone seen an Anaconda, Hyena or Great White Shark in captivity anywhere???
They've had Great White Sharks on exhibit at the Monterrey Bay Aquarium temporarily more than a few times over the last decade. They're released to the wild after some time at the aquarium, though they do have a Great White in captivity in the Open Seas exhibit currently.
I've only been to Miami a few times, and each time, I would always say I wanted to go to the Monkey Jungle! IS it really cool???
I've always gone with people that just weren't into that stuff... It was either the beach, spa or clubs... Or just passing thru to the Cruise terminals.
