What do these mega millionaires do for a living? How were they able to get 30 million dollars? How long did it take for these people to get that much money? Finally, what do I need to do to have 30+ million dollars as well (that's legal, and doesn't involve winning the lottery)?

Ultra High Net Worth($30M+) ratio to 2010 CSA population
San Francisco 1 in every 1,765 people
Houston 1 in every 2,689 people
New York 1 in every 3,037 people
Dallas 1 in every 3,628 people
Washington 1 in every 3,727 people
Chicago 1 in every 3,798 people
Los Angeles 1 in every 4,109
Seattle 1 in every 4,744 people
Atlanta 1 in every 5,852 people
Boston 1 in every 8,493 people
very interesting figures. I think Boston and Philly would have more people making over 250K a year than Houston, but what would make people think that these two would have more 30M +???

The income disparity is much worse in Houston than Boston or Philly. We have tons of lower middle class transplants and tons of Mexicans who arrived with just the shirts on their backs. But at the same time, we have lots of filth rich people with old money and lots of wealthy Mexicans fleeing the chaos in Mexico. So we have lots of both ends, not so much of the middle ground.

Boston and Philly on the other-hand has a healthier middle class which makes these areas more uniform and trick people into thinking these areas have more rick people.

Actually surprisingly low number for NYC, considering around 5,000 of those people must be Wall Street employees alone.

New York will now push to add the British Isles to its metro in an attempt to maintain its "center of the universe" status.
