Which side of FL has a lower summer temperatures at night - east (Palm cost), west (Clearwater), or central (Orlando)?
The same question about traffic - where is less?

I would recommend San Diego if you can afford to buy a decent home there.

South Beach and South Florida might actually be the flattest part of the state. Central Florida and the Panhandle have plenty of rolling hills.

You think Miami and South Beach aren't flat and humid?

Rolling hills in central Florida. What are you talking about with lots of trailer parks?

Bugs? Some areas more than others, like wooded areas. Roaches however are common and you either need a ridiculously spotless house or regular pest control.

IF you can afford it, CA easily has the most of everything in the country. It's absolutely lovely if the liberals weren't there.
