Wasn't Buffalo in the top 20 of most dangerous places in the USA last year?
It's for the metro area or division and I believe that crime has gone down in the city of Buffalo.
I believe it about the Syracuse area, as outside of occational heavy snow(in which the area is equipped for it), you can avoid any of the other risks, by and large.
