You're asking if any places in the US have the same type of houses, used the same way, with streets the same size, with similar businesses, that show their merchandise in the same way? It's such a narrow set of criteria that I kind of doubt it. No two places are going to be exactly the same unless it's the suburban chain stuff that dominates much of the sunbelt.
There are undoubtably various areas in the US that exhibit some similarities to Kensington Market, but I don't think there's a neighbourhood that is just like it anywhere in The U.S. Kensington is a pretty unique urban enclave and Toronto is really lucky to have such an area. It may very well be the most bohemian neighbourhood in North America.
The visible difference is that these are rowhouses. DC has non-attached homes along 16th street, but I can't think of a market with non-attached houses.
And you talk about me commenting on places I've never been to. You've obviously never been to KM if you think it's less attractive than DC
