Is there a reason why they haven't had one in Canada yet? I think they are just as good as any Midwest or Northeast cities. The Alberta cities would be prime candidates to host one.

Well, Alberta has the Heritage Classic with Canadian-only teams, not sure why the two events can't be integrated. I think the next two should be held in the Skydome in Toronto and Comerica Park in Detroit.
